IFA SPRING EVENT:

SAMAVESHA:
An Evening length work by N. Srikanth and Aswathy Nair

Navigating liminal spaces of mind and body in the non- binary with 2 pivotal characters from the epic Mahabharata, Shikhandi and Brihannala through the idioms of Mohiniyattam and Bharathanatyam. Srikanth is an exceptional Bharathanatyam dancer portraying female characters in Melattur Bhagavada Mela. Aswathi is proficient in three dance forms- Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam and Kuchipudi.
